FRAGfinity 2008 complete.

Well FRAGfinity 2008 is done, the admins had a lot of fun and the power hours seemed to go over well despite some delays. Please tell us what you thought in the forums. The admins will be meeting in a couple weeks to make revisions for W08.

FRAGfinity 2008 Location Change!

FRAGfinity2008 will not be held at the Clear Creek Amana Elementary School. Instead we will be moving to a backup location 7 miles east in Tiffin at the west campus building of the CCA High School. The drive way is just west of the CCA High School south of hwy6.

Pre-Registration pricing ends soon!

Please be advised that the pre-registration price of $15.00 will no longer be available after Saturday (June 15th). After Saturday you will have to pay the full $25.00 fee.

Here is the tentative FF08 schedule, it does not yet list power hours but it should give you some idea of when things are going on.

One of the great things about FRAGfinity is that we are still small enough to move things around to better accommodate attendees so please don't hesitate to suggest changes. Discuss it here.

Signup Page Offline EDITED

As some of you have found out we have been experiencing some issues with the sign up page. I have taken the page down in order to fix it so please be patient. If you absolutely must sign up now and cannot wait a few hours, we forgive you and you can post your info on the forums here. If you need to pay for pre-register please click here and follow the directions from paypal. Please remember that you must pay before June 15th (extended do to signup page issues) to receive the pre-registration discount.

I have the sign up page backup and working, PLEASE LOOK AT YOUR INFO and make sure that it is correct if not let me know here in the forums.

As some of you already know fom the forums we will be offering tshirts this year for $17.00. If you wish to order a shirt please complete select and complete the order form from the menu and pay via paypal before May21st, when we will make the order.

We need your help planning the PC Tournament!

Should CoD 4 be a part of the PC Tournament?
We had originally decided to have these three games for the PC Tournament:

UT3 Demo (It's fun and free)
FEAR Combat (Fast, Fun and Free, people really liked this last time)
StarCraft (RTS's are hard to do for lan's but will will try our best)

If you think (or don't think) CoD4 deserves a place in the PC Tournament this year, vote here.

Urban Chaos Lan Party

Icebug was cruising the lan party map and ran across an up coming lan party in our area! Urban Chaos is a lan party in Urbana, Ia. They are hosting their party Thursday night till Saturday morning this week. If you want to go up and need a ride, several of the admins will be attending so we might be able to carpool, talk to us in the forums. The Urban Chaos website can be found here.

Website Maintenance and Suggestions

FRAGfinity.com will be experience some brief downtime this weekend in order to make some upgrades to the server and allow for and overhaul of FRAGfinity's Email server. The website will be back up in 1/2 an hour or so but email may be a bit flaky until Monday so please do not use the new user registration system as this requires that a confirmation email be sent to your email address.
