FF2008: We need your help planning the PC Tournament!

kc0mlp writes "Should CoD 4 be a part of the PC Tournament?
We had originally decided to have these three games for the PC Tournament:

UT3 Demo (It's fun and free)
FEAR Combat (Fast, Fun and Free, people really liked this last time)
StarCraft (RTS's are hard to do for lan's but will will try our best)
If you think (or don't think) CoD4 deserves a place in the PC Tournament this year, vote here.

Other Lans: Urban Chaos Lan Party

Icebug was cruising the lan party map and ran across an up coming lan party in our area! Urban Chaos is a lan party in Urbana, Ia. They are hosting their party Thursday night till Saturday morning this week. If you want to go up and need a ride, several of the admins will be attending so we might be able to carpool, talk to us in the forums. The Urban Chaos website can be found here.

FRAGfinity Website: Website Maintenance and Suggestions

FRAGfinity.com will be experience some brief downtime this weekend in order to make some upgrades to the server and allow for and overhaul of FRAGfinity's Email server. The website will be back up in 1/2 an hour or so but email may be a bit flaky until Monday so please do not use the new user registration system as this requires that a confirmation email be sent to your email address.

In other news:
I am looking for suggestions of ways to improve the FRAGfinity website so if you have and suggestions please drop me a post here.

Other Lans: Lanstorm Feb 9th

From Overlord:
"The Sidewinder Clan is putting on another LAN in Klemme, IA on Feb. 9th. Gaming will start at 10 am and go till 2 am. We have a gig backbone and a quad xeon duo server with 4 gigs of ram for hosting. Head on over to www.sidewinderclan.com and sign up for the LAN and then head over to the forums to tell us what games, food, and tournaments you would like to see. Hope to see you all there!"

FF2008: Tenative date for 2008

We have selected a tenative date for our summer lan. FRAGfinity 2008 will be Saturday to Sunday, Noon to 6pm, June 21st and 22nd 2008.

We want to make the date solid as soon as possible so if you have any conflicts please weigh in on the Forums.

Also, we are still looking for feedback from FRAGfinity Winter 2007 so please drop us a post.
